Job summary

Envision, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control/Receiving Admin to manage receipt records and maintain accurate inventory. You will pick components for production, stage them, and perform cycle counts to support production schedules.

The role requires forklift experience, basic math and computer skills, and strong communication. This on-site position includes maintaining ERP records and coordinating with warehouse staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2–3 years’ inventory control/receiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick/pull components for production work orders using pick lists or expediters.
• Stage components for delivery to production warehouse.
• Count items and reconcile with WO picks/expedites.
• Cycle count locations and adjust records as needed.
• Move materials from staging to storage areas; operate forklift equipment.
