Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. seeks a Quality Manager to lead all QA/QC activities at our Brookfield and Youngstown plants. You will ensure alignment with our vision and goals, drive the QMS, and act as the company’s representative during audits with customers and suppliers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering or related field, 5+ years in QA/QC leadership, and strong ISO 9001 knowledge. Expect cross-functional collaboration, data-driven improvement, and a focus on regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, or a related technical field required.
• Minimum five years of experience in a QA/QC leadership role in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and related standards; certification preferred or track record.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and quality documentation.
• Familiarity with ERP and quality management software systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA/QC for Brookfield and Youngstown plants; lead QA/QC personnel and drive quality goals.
• Provide leadership for employee relations and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Maintain the Plant Quality Management System (QMS) per ISO-9001 and industry standards.
• Train staff on policies and procedures; ensure effective training.
• Conduct internal audits and management reviews; drive corrective actions to improve processes.
• Ensure QMS alignment with actual practice and responsibilities across the organization.
• Analyze data, perform root cause analysis, and report KPIs to leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve non-conformances with suppliers and field teams.
• Support supplier audits, approvals, and evaluations; assist in bid cost estimation.
• Other duties as assigned.
