American Battery Solutions seeks a Manager of Quality to lead plant-level quality and ensure compliant, efficient manufacturing. You’ll guide receiving, MRB, containment, and corrective actions while driving APQP, PFMEA, and SPC rigor across the site in Springboro, OH.

You’ll partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to sustain high performance, manage audits, and develop the quality team for launch readiness and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years quality experience in manufacturing.
• 3+ years in a lead/management role.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC and Control Plans.
• Experience supporting customer/supplier audits and certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead plant-level quality activities to ensure safe, compliant manufacturing.
• Oversee receiving inspection, containment, MRB disposition, and nonconforming material.
• Lead 8D, DMAIC, and other root cause investigations; implement corrective actions.
• Manage quality readiness for new products and engineering changes.
• Drive KPI reviews, risk prioritization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 and audit closure.
• Develop and coach Quality Technicians and inspectors; staffing and succession.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and customers.
