Job summary

Sanoh-America-Inc. is seeking a Quality Supervisor in Findlay, OH to lead quality assurance activities in a manufacturing setting. You will oversee audits, drive continuous improvement, and ensure products meet customer specifications and company standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Quality/Engineering, several years of manufacturing experience, and supervisory capability. Collaboration across departments and with customers is essential, with on-site duties in a plant environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Quality or Engineering-related field, or equivalent experience.
• Four years progressive manufacturing experience; preferably in automotive/manufacturing industry
• Minimum 1 year Supervisory experience required

Responsibilities

• Organize in-house inspection, sorting, containment, and rework activities; source labor, schedule, supervise, train, develop methods and work instructions, report for project execution.
• Manage and monitor scrap/on-hold/reject/defective material; define analysis or checks and disposition per procedures
• Collaborate with departments when changing/introducing new products, processes, equipment, specifications, methods including new model/launch activities
• Liaison between departments, customers, suppliers, and sister plants to communicate quality concerns and respond to corrective actions
• Organize, plan, and monitor work of Quality Associates; provide training and guidance
• Participate in onboarding / orientation of new workers
• Conduct audits as assigned
