Job summary

This role drives continuous improvement, manages FSQSP and HACCP, and coordinates with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in QA or food manufacturing, a Bachelor’s in Food Science, strong leadership and communication skills,

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science required.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and overtime.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of quality systems and policies.
• Familiar with HACCP, SQF, and GMP standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external inspections and regulatory visits.
• Ensure compliance to customer requirements and contracts.
• Lead audit preparation and report postings.
• Track and address non-conformances with corrective actions.
• Train and mentor site personnel on inspection procedures.
• Direct the site auditing program for regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate FSQSP and HACCP programs; act as GFSI coordinator.
• Keep quality policies communicated to site staff.
