Saint-Gobain North America seeks a Quality Manager at its Akron, OH manufacturing facility to lead the quality function and shape the site quality strategy. You will develop the quality team, strengthen the quality culture, and partner across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, R&D, and EHS to meet customer, regulatory, and company expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, quality or a related technical field.
• 7+ years in a regulated industry with 5+ years in quality management.
• Experience leading teams and driving quality systems in manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Quality Management System (QMS) and drive ISO 9001:2015 compliance.
• Oversee document control, change management, CAPA, complaints, deviations and nonconformances.
• Lead audits, supplier quality, and quality-control testing; partner with cross‑functional teams.
• Coach and develop Quality professionals; build a culture of ownership and improvement.
• Translate regulatory and customer requirements into practical manufacturing solutions.
