Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Food Manufacturing, or related technical field preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Food Science.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of quality systems, procedures, policies, and statistics.
• Proficiency with MS Office and related computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage all internal and external inspections and regulatory visits.
• Ensure compliance to customer requirements and contracts.
• Lead audit preparation activities and reporting.
• Address non-conformances with corrective/preventive actions.
• Train and mentor site personnel on inspection procedures.
• Direct the site auditing program to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
