Job summary

JCB is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Group Leader to oversee quality inspectors and drive safety, quality and delivery targets at our San Antonio facility. You will mentor a team, monitor performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to maximize productivity.

The role requires strong leadership, a welding/fabrication background preferred, and a track record of applying systematic problem-solving in a manufacturing setting. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team to meet daily quality and manufacturing targets.

• Monitor quality, productivity and performance.
• Allocate work and manage priorities to meet schedules.
• Coach, support and develop team members.
• Identify and eliminate safety, quality or equipment issues.
• Support continuous improvement and problem-solving activities.
