Job summary

Meta is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to drive the global quality program for site-based and vendor activities. You will lead audits, metrics, and corrective actions to ensure on-time startup, quality and reliability across campuses.

The role requires 10+ years in quality or manufacturing, strong cross-functional communication, and experience with RCA, SPC, and BIM360/ACC Build tooling. Travel 50-60% is anticipated.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality management, manufacturing engineering or related fields.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and executives.
• Experience with RCA, SPC and quality tools (8D, FMEA).
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vendor audits and establish strategic vendor improvement objectives.
• Develop and monitor quality program metrics for vendor performance.
• Mentor off-site vendor teams and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Manage systemic vendor RCA and site escalation mitigation strategies.
• Establish cross-functional processes with MOFE, design, construction, and ops teams.
• Provide leadership to on-site and off-site quality teams and partners.
• Direct OFCI quality program and onboarding of vendor personnel.
• Coordinate quality issues across design, construction and facilities operations.
• Audit vendor activities for conformance to manufacturing expectations.
• Recommend corrective actions for non-conformances with partners.
