L’Oréal USA is offering a 12-month internship as Junior Manufacturing Quality Associate in Somerset, NJ. This hands-on program provides exposure to digital tooling, validation, and manufacturing hygiene practices within the L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty division.

You will learn to drive digital transformation, support annual product reporting, and assist with IQ/OQ/PQ validations along with cross-functional collaboration. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering completed within the last 12 months.
• Lab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support digital transformation and compliance projects using modern tools to streamline testing and reporting.
• Assist with validation, QC testing, and equipment re-validations as needed.
