Qualifications

• Experience with finished goods.
• Proficiency in computers and Microsoft Office (Excel data entry).
• Strong communication skills.
• Must travel to local L'Oreal warehouses for audits or inspections.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis; no immigration sponsorship.
• Onsite presence five days a week is essential.

Responsibilities

• Auditing of detailed and standard prep orders and ensuring compliance.
• Assist in training new auditors and report audits; support process improvements.
• Identify and remove expired materials from picking bins.
• Inspect products for quality defects reported internally or by customer service.
• Meet LMS productivity standards and minimize downtime.
