Manitou Group is seeking a Quality Engineer to plan, implement, and control methods and costs to monitor product quality across receiving, final inspection, audits and related areas. You will define standards, implement inspection processes, train staff, manage non-conforming material, analyze complaints, and support lean manufacturing initiatives.

The position is onsite in Madison, South Dakota with potential periodic plant visits.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or a minimum of 7 years related manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and control methods, equipment, procedures and costs for quality control.
• Establish procedures for inspection of products, materials, and processes at various stages.
