Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in quality assurance for a commercial product manufacturer.
• Experience managing quality systems for a highly engineered product portfolio.
• Experience in quality system audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a quality system that meets customer requirements.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to analyze root causes and develop corrective actions.
• Establish methods to monitor quality performance throughout manufacturing.
• Participate in new product reviews to embed quality into design.
• Develop quality metrics, trend analysis, and continuous improvement plans.
