Performix is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to solve problems, improve processes, and deliver high-quality products to customers. The role suits engineers with 1–5 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or related fields, seeking to grow technical skills while working with production, engineering, and supply chain teams.

You will identify quality issues, drive corrective actions, support production, and lead CI projects to boost customer satisfaction and manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing quality or production support experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on the manufacturing floor and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Investigate quality issues using structured problem-solving methods (5 Why, root cause analysis).
• Support containment, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
• Analyze quality data and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in production teams to improve processes and product quality.
• Monitor process performance and raise risks when needed.
• Support traceability systems and manufacturing quality controls.
• Participate in Lean manufacturing and CI initiatives.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and Operations to improve production performance.
