Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, industrial or mechanical engineering or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify defects, determine root causes, and implement lasting solutions.
• Design, install, and evaluate QA sampling and inspection methods.
• Advise on process changes to meet quality, cost, and efficiency targets.
• Develop and apply corrective actions, CAPA, and supplier quality improvements.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and suppliers on quality issues.
