Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Quality role in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree not required but strongly preferred
• Knowledge of ISO9001 / IATF16949 and related processes
• Experience with APQP and launches of new wheel programs
• Experience with quality tools and problem-solving techniques

Responsibilities

• Apply and improve the quality system per IATF16949 and ISO9001.
• Support incoming product issues with 8D and corrective actions.
• Coordinate quality across Cleveland Barberton and related sites.
• Provide training to support product and process quality.
• Lead quality metrics, audits, and continuous improvement
