Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Engineer in High Point, NC. This role focuses on enhancing the Product Quality Plan to ensure customer satisfaction and reduce costs related to poor quality.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in quality assurance, with at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing or construction, and will lead initiatives to improve quality through effective customer complaint resolution and auditing processes.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in manufacturing or construction, and 3+ years in quality roles.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in engineering or business discipline.
• Expertise in quality processes and tools required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resolution of customer complaints and ensure sustainable results.
• Monitor and analyze customer data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives and audit processes.

Skills

Expert knowledge of AQP (or APQP)

Expert knowledge of Core Quality Tools

Expert knowledge of RCCA

Expert knowledge of manufacturing or construction processes

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Education

High school diploma or GED

5 years experience in manufacturing or construction

3 years experience in quality assurance, control, or auditing

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (preferred)
