Job summary

A construction staffing agency is seeking a Quality role specialist in North Carolina. You will implement Quality Control Plans, ensure compliance with quality assurance procedures, and maintain documentation. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in ductwork, piping, or plumbing, alongside strong communication skills. This full-time position offers hands-on training and educational support.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of knowledge in ductwork, piping or plumbing.
• Hands-on training and ongoing educational support provided.

Responsibilities

• Go to project sites and review job specifications, submittals, and drawings.
• Implement and oversee the Quality Control Plan for assigned projects.
• Ensure compliance with welding quality assurance procedures.
• Verify testing, flushing, and cleaning activities.
• Maintain accurate project documentation in both digital and hard copy formats.
• Conduct receiving inspections for materials and equipment.
• Monitor subcontractor work to ensure compliance with project standards.

Skills

Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints

Familiarity with testing equipment and ability to analyze results

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Professional, team-oriented, and positive attitude

Proficiency in Microsoft or Google; BIM, Bluebeam, and cloud-based platforms

Flexibility to support after-hours testing when needed

Responsibilities

• Facilitate mechanical start-up activities with team.
• 3-5 years of knowledge in ductwork, piping or plumbing.
