Job summary

Cooler Master USA is seeking a QA/QC Engineer to oversee the quality of our complex mechanical products from NPI through mass production. You will lead failure analysis for RMA and customer issues, drive CAPA, and work with design, manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure reliable quality.

The role focuses on developing quality processes, inspections, and testing protocols, while monitoring compliance with industry standards and maintaining detailed quality records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer in manufacturing or production.
• Knowledge of UL certification and IEC 60950 / IEC 62368 preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC.
• Experience with inspection techniques (manual and automated).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA processes to ensure products meet specifications during development.
• Lead failure analysis and CAPA for RMA or client issues to drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and supplier teams to establish quality standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify early quality issues.
• Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with standards.
