Shift: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience

Role Summary:

Seeking a Manufacturing/Quality Engineer to support the Front-End Equipment Assembly Business Unit. The role focuses on quality improvement, manufacturing processes, continuous improvement, and shop-floor support.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and implement improvements related to safety, quality, efficiency, and cost.
• Develop and maintain quality control systems and procedures.
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, operations, and supplier quality teams.
• Perform engineering functions using SAP, MPPlanner, and JDAAT.
• Support production and work closely with shop-floor teams and suppliers.

Must-Haves

• Engineering experience in Manufacturing, Industrial, Quality, Reliability, or Design Engineering.
• Experience with engineering tools, systems, and databases.
• Strong communication and ability to work with production teams/suppliers.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, or off-shifts when needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Data Analytics or equivalent experience.

Preferred / Nice-to-Haves

• Shop-floor experience, especially in a union manufacturing environment.
• AutoCAD and Creo View.
• Agricultural/heavy equipment manufacturing experience would be a strong plus.
