Quest Global in Erie, PA seeks a manufacturing engineer to evaluate, create, and implement manufacturing methodologies for heavy equipment. You will write detailed assembly and fabrication instructions, modify documents, and compile complete manufacturing history for each product shipped.
You will collaborate with multiple departments, train production staff, and develop related drawings and specifications to ensure quality and efficiency on the shop floor.

The successful candidate is expected to evaluate, create and implement manufacturing methodologies with in the heavy equipment industry. You will be responsible for creating written detailed instructions for assembly, machining, welding, manufacturing, and etc. to produce the finished product. You will modify existing instruction documents or create new instructions to implement changes made in the product or production line. This would include creating new pictures or modifying existing digital pictures, drawings, and specification to create the new instruction documents. You will also be challenged with compiling complete assembly history documentation at the end of the cycle as well. You will work with multiple departments and stakeholders to accomplish the job.
