Bray International, Inc in Houston, TX is seeking a Project Planner to manage material requirements, schedule projects, and coordinate with Materials Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, and Manufacturing to keep operations on track.

The role emphasizes data-driven planning, ERP/MRP proficiency, and a proactive, collaborative mindset in a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities.

Location is onsite, 5 days a week, with a path for long-term career development within Bray International.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical field.
• ERP/MRP Systems Experience (Material Planning & Execution).
• MS Office proficiency (Excel expertise).
• Strong Analytical & Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Self-Starter & Team Player: Proactive mindset with adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Preferred Certifications: PMP, APICS, or Lean Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Material Planning & Management using ERP/MRP systems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration with Materials Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, and Manufacturing to resolve issues and optimize planning processes.
• Complex Project Coordination for projects involving new engineering and design elements.
• Process Improvement to streamline planning and execution processes.
• Production Scheduling of project sales orders, monitoring progress and trends.
• Communication with manufacturing, assembly, and sales teams to ensure operational efficiency.
• Time Management to balance multiple priorities.
