Job summary

Bray International, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Production Scheduler to optimize schedules, ensure on-time delivery, and support customer satisfaction in a fast-paced Texan manufacturing setting.

You will collaborate with sales, procurement, and production teams to align plans with inventory and supplier deliveries. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), at least 3 years in scheduling or production planning, and proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (Infor LN), Excel, Power

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
Minimum 3 years’ scheduling or production planning experience.
Proficient in ERP/MRP, Excel, Power BI, and Outlook.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain production schedules based on inventory and customer requirements.
Monitor and adjust schedules to meet on-time delivery goals.
Collaborate with sales, procurement, and production teams.
Utilize ERP/MRP (Infor LN) to manage order progress.
Generate reports in Excel and Power BI to support decisions.
Identify scheduling conflicts and resolve them.
