Job summary

TRUMPF Inc. seeks a project management professional to lead production initiatives and drive cross-functional collaboration. You will develop plans, manage teams, and ensure projects meet time and budget targets while maintaining rigorous documentation.

The role requires 1–3 years in related fields, knowledge of lean principles, and strong communication skills. SAP experience and MS Office proficiency are preferred. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

  • One-to-three years’ experience in project management, supply chain, procurement or industrial engineering preferred.
  • Must have strong knowledge of project management, lean manufacturing, and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and take initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans with short- and long-term strategies for new product production.
  • Manage project team activities and report progress to upper management as needed.
  • Maintain documentation and perform risk analyses to monitor progress and quality.
