QPO Energy, INC in Tualatin, OR is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects through planning, execution and mass production. You will drive factory setup, production line launches, and contract manufacturing development from concept to mass production.

The role requires hands-on site leadership, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with ERP/MES systems. A PMP or equivalent certification is a plus for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in manufacturing or engineering.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP/MES systems and production line projects preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines; hands-on site leadership.

Responsabilités

• Project Planning & Execution: develop schedules, timelines, milestones, and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering, production, logistics, and quality.
• Lead project execution from concept to mass production and ramp-up.
• Support factory setup, equipment installation, and start of production.
• Track progress, manage risks, and report status to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and change management records.
