MeterEnergy in Oregon is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution, including factory setup, production line launch, and contract manufacturing initiatives.

You will coordinate engineering, production, logistics, and quality teams, manage schedules and budgets, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring on-time delivery and mass production readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in manufacturing or engineering.
• Experience with ERP/MES systems and production line projects preferred.
• Hands-on factory setup, production line installation, or manufacturing site expansion experience required.
• End-to-end experience managing a contract manufacturing project from planning to mass production.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, milestones, and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering, production, logistics, and quality teams.
• Lead project execution from planning through mass production.
• Support factory setup, production line establishment, and ramp-up activities.
• Prepare project status reports and meeting summaries.
• Establish standardized project management practices and reporting structures.
