Job summary

PTI - Packaging Technologies & Inspection in Hawthorne, NY seeks a results-driven Project Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing programs and ensure exceptional client experiences from kickoff through delivery. The ideal candidate brings 2 to 4 years of hands-on project management in a manufacturing environment, excellent communication, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Qualifications

2–4 years of project management experience in manufacturing, industrial, or capital equipment environments.
Experience managing customer-facing projects with direct client interaction.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end execution of customer-facing manufacturing projects from kickoff through delivery.
Serve as primary point of contact for assigned customers with proactive communication.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, quality, and service to meet milestones and budgets.
Facilitate kickoff meetings, status reviews, and customer site visits.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes using PMO tools.
