Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics seeks a Project Manager to lead a cross-functional team from sale through final installation. The PM will drive projects within budget and time constraints, coordinating with design, procurement, manufacturing, and testing.

Responsibilities include managing supplier invoices, project scheduling, and customer contracts. Ideal candidates have an engineering degree with 2+ years of experience, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or related field with 2+ years of related experience.
• Experience or education with basic financials.
• Proficiency with MS Excel.
• Exposure to MS Project for timelines is a plus.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Approve all supplier invoices related to the project.
• Lead cross-functional team to meet budget and schedule.
• Coordinate project schedules using Gantt charts.
• Obtain customer signatures on contractual documents.
• Support PMs on larger projects and field sites.
• Manage cash flow and follow up on past due invoices.
