Job summary

Role requires 3+ years in project management within consumer-facing contexts, proficiency with PM tools, and ability to work with international teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a consumer-first environment with a minimum of 2 years directly related to Project Management responsibilities.
• Experience using PM software such as MS Project, Excel, SAP or Monday.com.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
• Growth mindset, willingness to learn, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to learn quickly in ambiguous and fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with PLM/PDM systems and Stage Gate processes.
• Experience working with international teams / remote work.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for product formula and packaging changes across North American units.
• Develop and maintain project timelines and plans to ensure successful execution.
• Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders with regular updates.
• Lead cross-functional teams to align with project goals.
• Coordinate and allocate resources to meet objectives.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for PMO and teams.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with requirements.
• Define and manage project scope in line with stakeholder expectations.
