Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 5+ years of PM experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage manufacturing projects including launches, process improvements, facility expansions, and equipment installations.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate activities across departments to meet milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost control.
• Oversee vendor and contractor activities as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement focused on efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
• Maintain project documentation: schedules, reports, budgets, and lessons learned.
