Job summary

Cascade Engineering in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Project Manager to own customer-driven product changes from initiation through launch in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will partner with customers, engineers, and leaders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.

The role offers a day shift at West Plant, with a base salary range highlighted and a quarterly bonus potential. This is a high-visibility position for growth within a collaborative, continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelors of Science in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering or related fields.
• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering fields.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively (written and verbal).
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 including Microsoft Project.
• Ability to function independently in customer setting.
• PMP certification preferred.
• MBA or Master’s Degree in Engineering related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing/engineering and program management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety is a priority for all project activities.
• Act as key stakeholder to manage customer expectations.
• Own the project and lead internal/external resources.
• Initiate/manage CR and CN processes in Teamcenter.
• Lead project meetings and track open issues with customers.
• Collaborate with Account Managers on cost and quote changes.
