Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from conception to completion.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure for manufacturing initiatives.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
