Responsibilities

• Conceive and plan projects with manufacturing teams to improve production.
• Control budgets and timelines; manage capital projects with vendors.
• Collaborate with plant managers to design and implement equipment upgrades.
• Lead projects to improve yield, reduce waste, and optimize CIP.
• Develop and maintain standard work for production areas.
