Job summary

CPS Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer to improve site performance by leading capital projects and driving operational improvements across the manufacturing site. This role reports to the Site Manager and focuses on delivering both small and large capital initiatives to enhance process efficiency.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering and has 1–2 years of hands-on manufacturing experience. Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, no other degree will be considered.
• 1 to 2 years’ hands-on experience in a manufacturing production environment, this position is fantastic for new engineers who are looking to kick start their career and get hands on experience.
• Any type of VISA sponsorship will not be considered.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000
