Onward Search is seeking a Manufacturing Project Engineer to support an on-site manufacturing and maintenance team. You will lead infrastructure and production projects with emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency, driving process improvement and project management initiatives.

The role focuses on overseeing projects from planning to implementation, developing safe and cost-efficient procedures, and troubleshooting operational issues using structured problem-solving methods.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, electrical engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Hands-on with automated equipment (PLCs, servo motors, VFDs).
• CAD proficiency; GMP/HACCP/Six Sigma knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee facility and manufacturing projects from planning through implementation.
• Develop procedures to improve safety, quality, and cost-efficiency.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues using structured problem-solving.
• Lead process and equipment development and preventive maintenance.
• Support continuous improvement based on data analysis and trends.
