Perfection Parts and Equipment is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design and optimize integrated production systems. You will lead on-site teams, balance resources with demand, and drive continuous improvements across manufacturing and assembly processes.

The role emphasizes PFMEA, process capability, safety compliance, and collaboration with stakeholders. Qualifications include a STEM bachelor's degree (or equivalent), and 3 years in project management or related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develops principles to improve manufacturing/assembly equipment and processes.
• Lead on-site team meetings and communicate with teams and individuals.
• Balance resources with demand and production schedules; develop standard times and conduct time studies.
• Budget costs with design, develop and test tools and equipment; oversee sourcing.
• Foster communication with external stakeholders and coach key stakeholders.
• Evaluate vendors, materials, and equipment for changes with ROI analysis.
• Perform PFMEA, KPI tracking, JSA; develop DFM and process capability input for design activities.
• Develop procedures and plant layouts to ensure proper material handling and storage.
• Maintain knowledge of safe operating procedures for CNG fuel systems and compliance.
