Job summary

Lockheed Martin in King of Prussia, PA, is seeking a Production Operations Project Manager to drive new product integration, production planning, scheduling, budgeting, and operational readiness across programs. You will lead cross-functional teams, maintain the Integrated Master Schedule, align schedules with program goals, and support capacity planning and risk management.

The role requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience in a manufacturing, production, operations, or logistics environment.
• Experience managing project or production schedules and coordinating work across multiple teams.
• Experience in manufacturing, operations, or project-based environments, with exposure to new product integration (NPI), budgeting and cost management, capacity planning, strategic planning, or risk management.
• Experience supporting project budgets, cost estimates, cost tracking, or Basis of Estimates (BOEs).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel up to 25% domestically.
• Ability to provide occasional off-hours or weekend support when required.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.

Basic Qualifications

To be considered, candidates must meet all requirements listed:

• Experience supporting operational or manufacturing strategy initiatives
• Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating project or operational risks
• Experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
• Demonstrated knowledge of Lean manufacturing techniques and principles, as well as work measurement and labor standards
• Experience developing and executing customer level briefings and presentations

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00
