Job summary

Honeywell Sundyne in Arvada, CO is seeking a hands-on Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager across schedules, reports, and stakeholder communications. You will work with manufacturing, purchasing, planning, logistics, sales, and finance to keep multiple project timelines on track, monitor milestones, and ensure deadlines are met.

The role offers exposure to global engineering programs and practical project-management experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project coordination in a manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and project coordination support to the Project Manager.
• Create, maintain, and update project schedules.
• Prepare and distribute monthly customer progress reports.
• Coordinate project activities and timelines with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project milestones and follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met.
• Resolve scheduling and project-related issues with manufacturing, purchasing, planning, logistics, sales, and other departments.
• Communicate project status, action items, and deadlines with customers and internal teams.
• Draft project communications and correspondence.
• Serve as backup support for the Project Manager as needed.
• Prepare and submit project documentation to customers.
• Review, distribute, and track customer redlines and revisions.
• Generate weekly project status reports and present updates to management.
• Assist with monthly budget tracking and reporting for Project Management and Finance.
• Perform additional project-related duties as assigned.
