Honeywell International Inc. in Arvada, CO is seeking a Finance Director to lead the financial strategy and operations for the Sundyne - Arvada site, driving planning, analysis, and reporting to support business objectives and operational excellence.

You will report to the Senior Director - Sundyne and work on-site, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and compliance while mentoring the finance team and partnering with cross-functional groups to optimize profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in commercial finance or related roles.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting for manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, advanced Excel, and AI tool deployment.
• Knowledge of ASC 606 and SOX compliance.
• Experience leading and developing finance teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage all financial activities for the Arvada site, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting; lead AOP planning and rate setting.
• Develop and execute financial strategies to drive profitability and growth for Sundyne Units and Aftermarket.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational and business objectives and drive process improvement.
• Leverage AI tools to develop robust processes that improve team performance.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the Arvada finance team.
