Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track projects from kickoff to completion, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Flag project risks early and help problem-solve to keep work on schedule
• Prepare status reports and updates for plant leadership
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items
• Maintain project records, files, and confidential documentation
• Support vendor coordination and purchasing
• Track budgets, process expense reports, and handle invoicing
• Serve as the main point of contact between project teams, vendors, and plant staff
