Job summary

Creation Technologies is seeking a Program Administrator to support program managers and cross-functional teams in executing manufacturing programs. The role emphasizes administrative, operational, and logistical tasks to ensure smooth delivery, customer success, and timely updates across plans, POs, RMAs, and shipments.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in operations support or admin, familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle is a plus), and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; 1–2 years in operations support or administrative role.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle is a plus.
• U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual under the Immigration and Naturalization Act

Responsibilities

• Manages and organizes program documentation for stakeholders, including plans, POs, invoices, and reports.
• Reviews customer POs and RMAs, maintaining order alignment through open order reconciliation.
• Prepares AR statements, reviews invoices, and resolves discrepancies.
• Coordinates and schedules cross-functional meetings among engineering, production, procurement, and customers.
• Tracks milestones, notifies teams of deadlines and delays, and communicates impact to customers.
