Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a Sales Order Administrator to provide sustaining support to Program Managers, handling day-to-day order processing, shipment information, and liaison between sales, manufacturing and customers.

You will coordinate with operations to ensure PO accuracy, respond to inquiries, and support ERP systems (Syteline) and MS Office tools. Requires 3–5 years in manufacturing/aerospace and strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in manufacturing; aerospace experience.
• Must possess strong sales order administrator skills for difficult or sensitive customer situations and respond promptly.
• Must demonstrate aptitude for creative problem resolution; conflict resolution, negotiating and persuading with others.
• Must be highly organized self-starter and able to prioritize multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurately process sales orders.
• Ensure customer PO information accuracy prior to Sales Order entry.
• Responds to customer requests and coordinates changes with operations.
• Provide shipping information and liaison between sales, manufacturing staff, and customer.
• Work with Operations to resolve manufacturing issues involving customers.
