The position entails managing the project portfolio, coordinating with functional leaders, and delivering project roadmaps within the Eaton system landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in program management, engineering, operations or manufacturing.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration or work authorization for this position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate project scope, cadence, and deliverables.
• Align new equipment and product launches with all functions and drive execution to meet requirements.
• Maintain the plant manufacturing project portfolio and provide updates to leadership.
• Identify key projects supporting operational factors and improvement objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time project completion and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives including automation and Lean/Six Sigma.
