Job summary

Modineer Company is seeking a Program Manager in St. Peters, MO to lead technical development of contracts and POs, manage schedules and budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, and Production.

The role requires a BS in Engineering or related field, strong APQP experience, and proficiency in CAD/CNC tools, with occasional travel to MI, IN, and MO. This exempt position operates Monday–Friday with extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical field preferred.
Extensive background in manufacturing, tooling, and engineering, APQP processes included.
Must be able to read blueprints and be knowledgeable in GD&T.
Strong technology skills (CAD, CNC, Excel, Word, Outlook, Plex, etc.).
Ability to lead and influence others to achieve targets in a diverse work environment.

Responsibilities

Aid in the technical development of contracts and purchase orders using internal standards and customer requirements.
Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules.
Develops solutions to program problems.
Directs the work of others assigned to the program from various departments.
Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.
Travel to other plants occasionally (MI, IN, MO).
Interact effectively with employees across all levels of the organization.
