Qualifications

• Five or more years in manufacturing, program launch, or related field.
• Experience leading new-product launches and model changes in a factory setting.
• Experience working with cross-functional, global teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-level planning and execution for launches, model changes, and production-line expansions.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed launch schedules and milestones.
• Track launch activities to ensure approvals, validations, and documentation are completed.
• Coordinate cross-functional launch activities across engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain.
• Identify risks and implement countermeasures to protect schedule and budget.
• Lead readiness reviews and provide status updates to leadership and customers.
