Job summary

Creation Technologies is seeking a Program Administrator to support program managers and cross-functional teams in executing manufacturing programs. You will coordinate documentation, POs, RMAs, AR statements, and schedules to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Strong organization, English communication, and ERP familiarity are essential for success. We offer a collaborative environment with opportunities to improve processes and KPIs, including on-time delivery and cost

Qualifications

1–2 years of hands-on experience in an operations support, customer service or administrative role.
Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or similar is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage and organize program documentation (plans, POs, invoices, reports).
Review customer production POs and RMAs and maintain order alignment.
Prepare and send AR statements and resolve invoice discrepancies.
Coordinate and schedule cross-functional meetings (engineering, production, procurement, customers).
Track deliverables and milestones, flag deadlines and delays to teams.
Support production schedules, order and RMAs processing, and shipping documentation.
Act as customer contact, provide updates and escalate issues as needed.
Prepare status reports with progress, risks and metrics including financials.
