Sure Cast Aluminum Foundry, a rapidly expanding company in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a motivated individual who will work independently to perform preventative, predictive, and routine maintenance tasks. They will troubleshoot issues, repair failures of production and facilities equipment, and ensure maximum equipment efficiency and effectiveness. All tasks will be performed while supporting the policies, goals, and objectives of the company.

Position: Caster/Finisher

Location: Blaine, Minnesota

Shift: Second shift, 1:30 PM to 11:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Build castings including molding, pouring, and grinding according to production schedule and standards.
• Complete Total Productive Maintenance as scheduled or assigned.
• Collaborate with other Cell Technicians and Cell Leaders to drive continuous improvement.
• Work as a team to meet performance indicators and delivery commitments.
• Complete 5S duties to maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Participate in daily huddles.

Ideal Candidate:

• Ability to follow procedures and willingness to learn new skills.

• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
