Job summary

Lancesoft seeks a Manufacturing Production Supervisor III to coordinate manufacturing and warehouse functions in a large, fast-paced facility in Denver. The role drives on-time, quality product delivery and financial results.

You will lead shifts, implement lean processes, monitor goals, and promote safety and regulatory compliance including OSHA/EPA guidelines. Strong leadership of a diverse team is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a production environment.
• At least 1 year of experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and ensure timely completion of plant goals and action plans.
• Utilize lean manufacturing principles to maximize efficiency.
• Promote cost-saving initiatives.

Title: Manufacturing Production Supervisor III

Location: Denver, CO 80216

Duration: 4+ months with Possible Extension

Payrate for role $40-$45 per hour.

1st Shift 6am to 2: 30pm

2nd Shift 2pm to10: 30pm

3rd Shift 10pm to 6: 30 am

Job Description

Position Purpose: Responsible for the coordination of various manufacturing and warehouse functions within a single large, complex and fast paced production facility to drive maximum financial results and deliver a quality on-time product for customers.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Develop, monitor, and ensure timely completion of plant goals/action plans, both short and long term.
• Utilize new technology and lean manufacturing principals and processes available to maximize efficiency.
• Promote development of cost saving initiatives.
• Develop a work environment within manufacturing that promotes trust, teamwork quality and safety.
• Ensure production of a quality product in compliance with Safeway, Federal and State guidelines
• Ensure regulatory compliance as appropriate (OSHA, EPA, FDA, USDA, HACCP, Etc.)

Minimum Qualifications

• 2 or more years of leadership experience in a production environment
• 1 of more years’experience working with Lean Manufacturing principles

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong leadership background –ability to direct a diverse unionized workforce
• Ability to manage and develop employees Availability –willingness to work hours and holidays Strong skills Working knowledge of MS applications including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, - PowerPoint and ability to grasp additional business-related applications.
