OPmobility is seeking a Site Manufacturing Production Supervision Technician - Superintendent to lead manufacturing operations at the Huron facility. The role emphasizes cost control, data-driven improvements, and safety leadership to meet production schedules.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least seven years of experience with a focus on fuel systems, budgets, and staffing. This position requires U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Industrial, Business Management or Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience.
• Thorough knowledge of the Fuel Systems product line and related operations.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities that result in cost savings for the facility.
• Gather, analyze and maintain data, including reporting of trends and improvements.
• Manage and coach manufacturing associates to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Develop and maintain a safe facility environment and workforce meeting production schedules.
• Manage off-shift supervisors and serve as the contact for Plant Management.
• Ensure proper lockout/tagout training and PPE compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement through planned events.
• Stop production when a quality or safety issue arises.
• Operate within required physical actions and comply with work rules.
• Must lift up to 33 lbs regularly; work in varying temperatures.
