Job summary

SLB NEI is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to lead Assembly and Test Operators in our Data Center infrastructure solutions area. The role focuses on supervising daily manufacturing activities, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery across day or night shifts.

You will develop work instructions, coach teams, resolve production issues, and implement continuous improvement using our Manufacturing System.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in supervisory roles preferred.
• Experience working with assembly related operations or equivalent preferred.
• Fluency, both written and verbal, in English.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach employees in administrative and technical processes and procedures.
• Ensure the safety of employees.
• Ensure workers have the necessary equipment and prints to perform their duties.
• Resolve production issues and escalate those that require management attention.
• Educate employees on quality standards and procedures.
• Develop work instructions and procedures for manufacturing processes.
• Conduct performance reviews and career development discussions with direct reports.
• Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.

SLB is seeking a motivated Manufacturing Production Supervisor to support our Data Center infrastructure solutions business.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising Assembly and Test Operators, and monitoring, maintaining, and controlling direct functions within the manufacturing shop.

• Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement, wherever applicable.

Qualifications And Experience

• High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED)
• Experience in supervisory roles preferred.
• Experience working with assembly related operations or equivalent preferred.
• Fluency, both written and verbal, in English.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without current or future sponsorship.
